One of the products requested by customers on a regular basis is chilli jam. We did start making it but, as the recipe contained fish sauce, we were keen to develop something else. It's been so busy recently that there hasn't been a chance, but I stayed up late last night and tried out a recipe that has been being developed in my notebook over the past few weeks. I'm delighted to say it turned out really well and I'm very pleased with it. Nice and hot - and a lovely shade of red! |
