The kitchen here at Rose Cottage is smelling wonderful just now. It's peak marmalade season, with the Seville oranges only available this month. We'll freeze some as it's impossible to make them all into marmalade just now, but the stock shed is filling up with hundreds of jars nonetheless! Seville orange marmalade and whisky marmalade are made; we're planning doing an orange and ginger one in response to customer demand - keep an eye out for it. |
