We began making fudge and tablet for the farmers' markets during the summer and it has gone down a treat.

Made with butter, it is cooked by hand in open pans in small batches.
No artificial ingredients are added.

Initially introduced to the range by request of one of our farm shop customers, Rose Cottage Country Kitchen's home baking range has been an increasingly popular part of the stall at Inverness Farmers' Market as well as the food fairs we attend throughout the year.

So we thought we'd introduce some of the range to online customers too.

Everything is made fresh and to order. Just the way home baking should be.

We are only offering the more robust cakes and biscuits on mail order as we wouldn't want your goodies to be damaged in transit
