Cairngorm Brewery collaboration
At the end of 2012 we were asked if we'd be interested in producing mustard and chutney for Cairngorm Brewery in Aviemore. So, after making a few sample products, two of each were chosen. The brewery shop now stocks Blessed Thistle ale mustard and chutney; Black Gold mustard; and Nessie's Monster Mash chutney.

Silver for our blackcurrant jam. This is made with organic blackcurrants from a local croft.

We won best stand at the food fair. The judges were impressed by our use of local produce and support of small, local producers and suppliers.
Banffshire breakfast at Portsoy Boat Festival 2012
Rose Cottage's Seville orange marmalade was nominated breakfast marmalade at the Banffshire Breakfast.
Marmalade Awards 2012 And the winners are...

Seville orange marmalade received silver.
Bronze for three fruit marmalade.
This is the first time we've entered the awards and we just sent in a couple of marmalades, but we have lots more on our product list so hopefully there will be more awards in years to come!
Highlands and Islands Food & Drink Awards 2011
We were honoured to be asked by the organisers to contribute a chutney for the cheese course at the awards meal. So diners tucked in to our apple & apricot chutney with their cheese board.
BBC Good Food Show bursary

We are absolutely delighted to have received a bursary from the organisers to attend the BBC Good Food Show in October 2011. After submitting our application form, we were asked to send in some samples of products for tasting by the judges. And they liked them enough to want us to come along.

Best stand, Nairnshire exhibitor, food fair. The judges were impressed by our range, and as at the Black Isle Show two years later, our use of local ingredients and that we are such a small company.
